These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk077 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk077 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://pk077.cam and all associated services, features, content, and tools provided therein.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using the pk077 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only on the pk077 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk077 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and may void any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful and accurate information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account details should any information change.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at pk077's sole discretion, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent issued within the last three months);
• Evidence of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds into your Account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period requested by pk077 may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or account access until documentation is verified.

You agree that you will:

All deposits made to a pk077 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the rejection of the deposit and possible account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the pk077 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the Platform and you are responsible for reading and understanding them before placing any wager.

The following general betting rules apply on pk077:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified except where explicitly permitted in the specific event rules;
• All betting markets — including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and all other sports — are subject to settlement rules published within the relevant sportsbook section;
• In the event of a system error resulting in a bet being accepted at an obviously incorrect price ("palpable error"), pk077 reserves the right to void or re-settle the affected bet at the correct price;

• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith;
• Colluding with other Users in any form of coordinated play to gain an unfair advantage;
• Depositing funds that represent the proceeds of unlawful activity (money laundering);
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Platform staff or other Users in any form.

All content, trademarks, logos, brand names, design elements, software, databases, game engines, and other intellectual property on the pk077 Platform are owned by or licensed to pk077 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to any intellectual property belonging to pk077 or its licensors beyond the limited licence to use the Platform for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk077. Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk077, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause or theory of liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk077 makes no warranties or representations of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted availability.

pk077 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events;
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional materials subsequently corrected;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions taken by payment providers, banks, or financial institutions in connection with your transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

pk077 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion);
• Where continued operation of the Account represents an unacceptable risk to the Platform's integrity.

Upon termination, pk077 will process any outstanding balance of verified Real-Money Funds to the User's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations to the Platform, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending compliance review. Bonus funds are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect accrued rights or obligations arising prior to closure.

pk077 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
